Shane Tromp is the managing director and co-owner of Noosa Hearing. He is based on location and also plays an active role with Noosa Optical at the same location.

Shane brings a personal enthusiasm for personalized and unique healthcare solutions. He has worked in the allied health industry for over a decade. Furthermore, working on location means that he is able to provide personal, front-of-house assistance to clients of the practice.

Behind the scenes, Shane takes care of the management side of things, so the practice runs smoothly. As an independent practice, there isn’t any head office to do those jobs for us. So Shane’s role is to cover those bases.

Shane is married to Catherine (the Optometrist at Noosa Optical). Together, they have two children.
